Results of General Meeting
Merchant House Group plc announces the results of voting on the resolutions at
the General Meeting of the Company, for which notice was sent to shareholders on
13 March 2008 to convene the meeting today rather than on 4 April 2008, as
previously announced.
Resolutions 1 and 2 were unanimously passed on a show of hands as ordinary
resolutions and resolutions 3 and 4 were unanimously passed on a show of hands
as special resolutions, with proxies received for 2,835,344 ordinary shares
(3.28% of the issued voting share capital) for all resolutions in respect of the
Chairman’s discretion.
